Refund policy

We accept the return of unwashed, unused items within 7 days of receipt. Please email a photo of the unused product to hello@withwalty.com for a return label.

We charge a $9 restocking (handling) fee per return request. The restocking fee helps cover return processing, inspection, and restocking costs. The remaining refund is issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
